Service That Does Not Stop After The Purchase
Company technicians are available to assist with start up and ongoing operations. These services are available to all our customers for the life of bus system products.
247Security offers onsite service arrangements anywhere in the continental USA. The service includes two and three onsite visit plans, during a 12-month period, to go through your entire fleet. Visits are typically scheduled about 4-6 months apart and scheduled at least four weeks in advance. Pricing is all inclusive for parts and labor. The greatest values of service plans are peace of mind and reduced costs associated with the use of district staff to perform required maintenance reviews.
On-Site Service Plans
Service agreements help protect your investment and decrease your lifetime system cost. Plans start as low as $100 per bus per year.
Agreements include the following details:
- Repair/replace wiring connected to DVR
- Repair/replace any internal electronic parts within the DVR
- Repair/replace cameras
- Repair, reformatting and replacement of any faulty storage devices
- Updating of outdated DVR firmware/MCU Validation
- Verify GPS – if installed
- Verify audio/video integrity
- Verify recording & Infinity Dual-Stage copy process functionality
- Verify event marker functionality
- Check power connections & fuses
- If TouchDown™ customer, verify DVR checks-in with the server
- Sync time & date
- Verify sensor functionality
Installation
Proper installation of your new 247 systems is essential. To ensure a successful installation, we recommend our own 247Security certified installation team, or one of our many trusted certified partners throughout the country.
Prior to installation, a conference call with transportation officials and 247 installers is conducted to cover all logistics of the job, including an agreed upon time frame for completion. At the conclusion of the project, transportation officials are required to sign-off on all buses to ensure all work has been completed to your satisfaction. Software training with a complete overview of the systems’ functions is scheduled at the conclusion of the project.
